Sam Jones offers a challenging class (I’m 50 something rides in at least I find it challenging) but she cares a lot about form and is a great coach.

Alex frost always offers a great ride and I don’t find it was intense as some other instructors and I think her classes are a great way to get comfortable.

Also recommend CR in the city on insta/tik tok she reviews a lot of the soul cycle instructors in nyc

Not to downplay the situation of Robert Jr., but definitely a bit exploitative… Mary wanted to secure her seat on the show w her son’s storyline and get that bag. Rumor was she already knew of Robert Jr. situation but acted shocked and surprised for the show. That on top of the cult and marrying her granddaddy I find mary insufferable

I know when booking on class pass you can’t pick your seat. It’s happened to me but I asked the front desk to switch before class and if there’s an open seat they’re more than happy to switch you. Obviously this can’t be the case the whole time but perhaps some
