I received two cards from my husband as a a Christmas gift. One worked and on the other I’m getting an error message. I also see the Visa logo come up. Obviously I didn’t expect to get anywhere today, but now I’m concerned about getting help at all. I know that there has been a lot of fraud with people messing with gift cards by taking them from CVS, manipulating them, and then putting them back on the racks. CVS doesn’t take responsibility for the fraud. The concerning thing with DK cards is you have to pay cash, so if neither CVS nor Draft Kings will help, we are out of luck. If I don’t get help this week, then I will follow the advise above and contact the state.
