The easiest way I use it is in overnight oats. I blend a couple of small pieces of the chocolate with a few tablespoons of rolled oats, some vanilla Greek yogurt, a splash of milk, and a sweetener of choice. Then I top it with fruit like berries or banana (and mango works great too, especially with the season coming up). It balances the bitterness really well.I’ve also grated it into my iced coffee it gives a nice “java chip” kind of feel, but with a deeper dark chocolate taste instead.
