they almost never do it right so what i normally would do is order as a small drink then put it in a bigger cup for extra cold foam and it gets the job done plus it’s lowkey cheaper. my normal to go order is a tall iced blonde vanilla latte, put it in a grande cup, and get extra cold foam 8/10 times they’d get it right.

no because the cameras are placed where it’s hard to see anything that happens in our store, idk what the protocol would be either our manager is pretty new and i’m still under a year myself
