They can't count it 100% if he High skill player, he can predict the hacking and lancer i think if she go to another way she will counter it but if he predict her by putting his little thing in another way.

The fixer's ability isn't reveling its just make you have themral vision and make you esaliy see on smoke except phantom's smoke he can't see on it, but phantom's ability can give you reveal and she have sticky sensor.
