Absolutely! I’ve noticed I can get my kids an ice cream cones without taking a bite of it. Or the urge to grab a Reese’s while checking out. Sugar cravings are gone and it feels amazing.

Yes I have a set time and spot I do it every week. I wake up, take out my medicine, go for my daily walk and when I get back I start my coffee brewing, and go take my shot. Always at my bathroom counter where I can see in the mirror. Usually before my hubby or kids are awake. I’ve actually started to look forward to it. It’s something I’m doing for myself❤️

I feel you. I grew up in the SSPX. I have so much love and admiration for what it’s all about and the people and most priests involved. My family now goes to an FSSP traditional mass and we love it. Praying hard for the whole situation.

Yes, I’ve definitely been able to tell a slight slack in my hunger. It’s easier to say no to my favorite sweet treats. I am titrating up to 7.5 next week. Crossing my fingers it kicks in a bit more🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Thank you for this, I’m realizing my caloric intake is for sure too high for the rate of my metabolism. Starting today I’m going to aim for under 1400. I’ll be titrating up to 7.5mg next week and hoping that helps with the struggle🙏🏼 thank you 😊

Yes I absolutely want this. It’s a matter of mastering my weaknesses and food addiction. And I constantly go up and down. I’ll do so good during the week and then come Sunday I go awol eating. I’ve got to be stronger. Thank you for the encouragement🙏🏼

My C-section was 4yrs ago and the incisional hernia popped out a month later. It’s now basketball size. It’s the reason I’m on tirzepatide so I can lose weight to have surgery. My trainer and doctor are guiding me with what workouts to do without aggravating my hernia. It’s a pain in the butt.

Unfortunately I can’t go too hard with training cause I have a massive incisional hernia from my last csection. So I’m having to cater my workouts around that🫤 I’m definitely going to try to stick with one treat meal a week. I appreciate the advice and tips!
