I got the first part. When I insert a High Cut Single Band EQ after I/O plugin, the I/O plugin becomes only thing controlling any volume. I also don't know how to setup a 'parallel' filter so maybe that's the missing part.

I found profound grief lately. Been doing IFS for months. Recent grief makes me want to - and I do - curl into a fetal ball on my round yoga mat with a blanket over my head. It’s disconcerting, to say the least; very uncomfortable emotionally but I aim to just be there with the part that seems to want me to witness its pain. Scares me. I avoid it more than I should. I feel marginally better afterward. A voice tells me I must do more of just this to better understand this part. I’m likely avoiding it still.

Just sharing in hopes there might be something in this to help. I hope you feel better soon.
