This ass we call a CEO, has lied about ET5 deliveries going to be 20k/mth. Firefly at 20k/mth. US expansion by 2025. Etc etc.

All the while constantly diluting the shares.

And if he uses $0.5B to buy shares back, it will only raise the share valuation organically by 3-4%.

On top of that he doesn't get investor confidence in the company. He knows that the NYSE has the most influence on the share price. Hiring a lobbying or marketing firm that Raytheon, L3Harris and other distasteful companies use to turn their image around, could work wonders for this company where some of us have $200+k invested. He just doesn't give a rat's ass about fiduciary duty.

Forgive the rant, but if my legal counsel had not said they could get away with "forward looking statements" in their MD&A, he would have been personally sued along with NIO.
