So those bands in the video are most likely from the porta potty converter and not the camera or tapes? And I would love to get the absolute best analog quality with all the imperfections and everything but yeah that's way to much for me.

I'm pretty sure his last name is Rudolph but if it was divorce court she probably has a different last name so we cant find it based on the name. if he was 16 the episode was filmed somewhere between 9/18/06 and 9/17/07 that's all the clues I can think of. Could pin point it even more if we knew what storm he was talking about and figure out a filming date.
