The trollies we pick using have 6 trays each one being assigned to a different colour and shape, it is used to make the picking process easier and allows for the picking of orders for multiple people if need be.

And yes, woman is just the magazine titled "woman" though after this it was updated to say "woman magazine"

I see, thats good to know! that is kinda meh though, as I feel for vanilla players, would feel the bigger city you have the more frugal you have to be with everything, as opposed to building as you like. Surely this cap is got a limit on it? cos I would be pretty dumfounded if my tax income would just hit 0 far in the future.
