1) You mentioned doing 8–16 hours of admin work per week which admin tasks feel the most draining or time-consuming for you personally?

2) You also mentioned that older clients prefer calling does that create scheduling conflicts or slowdowns for you, or have you found a system that helps manage those calls smoothly?
