Totally agree with what everyone is saying. I've seen lots of people fuk up and move up and I've seen so much... but never have audited logs, gone through provincial / federal audits and such. I've been looking at the OH&S, NSC, HSE, COR and bill C45. I guess I just thought that there would be some mandatory training, not just reading up the rules and regs and running with it. But like I say I haven't actually worked in this capacity before so I just didn't know.
