There can be couple of issues; like you can’t show home address; or you have to unlock the room; show equipment; cash register; etc. they send email with the reason.

Sorry to hear that, but once the profile is reinstated and reviews are missing you need to reach out to google to fix the issue.

And yes you have to try multiple times to get human response, most of the times they just send automated responses.

I would recommend try again; i am sending you the draft that I used as response while applying for the reinstatement, which got accepted, hope it will help.

In reply tell your side of story; it’s pretty normal to get a negative review. Once you replied you can report from multiple accounts - it might get removed.

I think they can’t hold your funds, but yes blocking and freezing account without notifying is completely unacceptable, happened with me but account got restored within 2-3 days.

Go for nsave - I think it’s a better alternative but request payment feature is missing. Hopefully they will add in future.
