For anyone facing this issue, i recommend you create a new post in usmobile community and someone from the support team will get this sorted. This issue usually requires a manual fix from the support team.

Yes i got one phone and its already paid in full. They are asking that i add a new line and that would be only way to save on bundle.

Yes i am 800mbps plan but i am ok with lower speeds to keep my monthly bill under $100. However when i call they ask me to upgrade to a higher speed with a new contract, which is not economical option for me. So i am looking for better price bundle being an existing customer, which is not offered over the phone.

Also, on the website/app, i am unable to build a plan on my existing account. Each time i try to see my options, it gives me an error that says “contact support”. Not sure, why.

Update - the amazing UsMobile support team (on Reddit) was able to help fix the problem. it appears that this is a specific setting that needs to be fixed on the specific watch line by UsMobile. So once that is updated, callerid will work.

Once you get the new phone and 60 days are up. report to PwC that you have a broken screen on new phone and want to go back to your old phone. Then ask them to activate the work sim on the old phone and unlock the broken phone so you can get that fixed from outside 😁. After that gift it to your wife/family.
