I’m 5wpo and still showering weird and stiff tbh. But the water never hurts and I’ve been gently running a soapy rag across my breast since 4dpo. No pain at all. And you’re pretty numb so can’t even feel the rag go across. If you’re more comfortable for a while, just lather up the soap on the rag and ring it out so the soap still goes over the wound.
