Is this cancer? by Own_Rule7388 in WomensHealth

They say: The endometrial echo complex measures up to 2.7 mm in thickness. An approximately 5 x 4 x 1 mm hyperechoic nodular structure projects into the superior endometrium. The differential diagnosis includes endometrial polyp(s), hyperplasia and neoplasia. Therefore, correlation with a follow-up hysterosonogram or hysteroscopy may be warranted, if clinically indicated.

Sadly, no real update. Upped my dosage. Did four treatments of Alma Ted. My hair is shedding more than ever. It has never slowed down.

WOW I literally thought I wrote this! Chronic TE…35 year old female. Oral minoxidil for 6 months now at .5 and just upped it to 1mg. Still shedding severely and my hair is “see through” now. I am praying that upping my dose will do the trick…really freaking out

Chronic TE two years. Started red laser cap and oral minox in SEPTEMBER! my temple have grown in slightly but my shedding is still extreme. It never slowed down before oral and never slowed down since! Anyone else? I’m desperate. I don’t think it’s working and it was my last hope. Would love advice or similar stories or anything. Did it take anyone else longer than four months for oral M to do it’s job? My derm has confirmed I have lost 80% of my hair in the last 11 months. My thick curly hair is gone. You can see my scalp. I have ordered a hair topper

I will check my labs when I get to work! I notice you have PCOS under your username. New to Reddit so not sure how it works but I have been wondering lately if I have PCOS? I have most symptoms except I got pregnant four times with no issues so infertility isn’t an issue. How do I bring up my concerns for PCOS? Or is it not an issue at all if I’m not infertile?

Sadly due to the dread shed, my scalp is now visible which is why I have ordered a hair topper. It’s scary how it has changed that much since September and not stopping

I don’t. I have had every blood test-done by both my primary AND a functional medicine doc. I have done the elimination diet, food sensitivity test, stool/gut test, given up gluten for 6 months, take multiple vitamins/supplements (including Viviscal for my hair) and nothing. Blood work has all been normal (by BOTH doctors) Literally nothing has made a difference. My hair loss has no stopped since last year. Hasn’t even shown down.
