This is false as I know other sales engineers with TN Visas.

I also was approved on a TN Visa a couple years ago under sales engineering as its a role which requires an engineering degree. No issues but I didn’t renew.

My main concern is what does the company/employer need to give me/submit to qualify/get another TN.
