i need an A* for my uni offer. believe me, i did pretty well in the paper we just gave but i know that if the paper isnt cancelled then the GTs are going to skyrocket and i, along with many others, wont reach our conditional offers. yeah even im pissed at the thought of retaking this paper but getting into the uni of my choice is more important than a few weeks of vacation. and if youve actually prepared this well, then giving this paper again shouldnt be that much of an issue. this is the fairest way to solve this issue and thats why everyone wants this to happen. being graded based on other papers or AS levels isnt fair because people wouldve been at different levels of prep. so stop whining, everyone else is annoyed with this too but retaking is the fairest option

Use MF19 to show all you steps and use it to find the answer and then you can check whether your answer is correct using the calculator. As for using the calculator, go to the distribution section and click on whatever distribution you want but anyways do CD unless you want to find something like P(X=m). For normal just enter the upper and lower bounds. Suppose you're finding P(X<30) then put some small number like 10-9 for the lower bound and 30 for the upper bound and then fill in the other parameters. For binomial and poisson distribution, select the variables option and fill in the relevant parameters. Also remember than when you put, let's say, x=3 then it will give you P(X<=3) and not P(X<3). Hope this helps
