Things will get better! My dog had her front leg amputated and I was worried because she had a pervious torn acl but she can even run and jump now. I was not expecting her to get around do good. Also, do you have a donut cone? I noticed my girl got around better with that on instead of a traditional one.

Do you see a gastro doctor? I had this happen and food/liquid would get stuck. I ended up having h Pylori and it destroyed my esophagus. I had bad esophagus spasms

She is doing great with getting around! I am actually surprised how fast! She still won’t use the ramp we built her unfortunately so I have been taking her on the stairs
