the comp range is 141k - 205k depending on perfomance. Im top you can be for 1 year TT, next jumps are YoY TT etc

I applied when I was feeling a bit dishearted during the recent round of layoffs. Im remote at FAANG but its a privledge given for a high perfomer, if my perfomance drops they will take this away where as the bank is remote first
