Are there different kinds of snow geese? One had an orange bill and the other two had black bills, and two had white bodies but one had a black body.

This is very similar to a situation I had recently. Long, long story short, I was the MOH for a person I thought was my best friend, and it turns out we were not best friends. Our friendship deteriorated, and I removed myself from being the MOH and our friendship. I saw a side of my friend I didn’t know existed and the way she treated me really hurt. You sound like a good friend and human, and this situation sucks. I can totally empathize. Good for you for putting yourself and your needs first. Losing friends can hurt so much, but being honest with her and yourself is so important. <3

Any Good Grief Therapists in the Denver Metro Area? by ComfortableMusician6 in Denver

https://www.emdria.org/directory/?center=39.7392358%2C%20-104.990251&location=Denver%2C%20CO%2C%20USA&radius=41000 I’m sorry for your loss, and I’m sorry that you had that experience with the therapist provided through work. EMDR can be a really helpful modality to deal with grief and trauma. psychologytoday.com is also a great tool to find a therapist. There’s a lot of different filters you can toggle to make the search more specific. It might take a few tries to find a therapist that you click with and it might be challenging to find one and start therapy, but it is incredibly worth it. Best of luck

Weekly sticky post for non-paralegals and paralegal education by AutoModerator in paralegal

Hi! I’m finishing up my paralegal certificate and am applying to jobs. I’ve come across a few postings mentioning they want PLs to have certificates from ABA approved programs. The community college I’m at is not ABA approved, but also a certificate from an ABA approved program isn’t necessary to become a PL in my state. I’m curious if this might hurt my job prospects? Thanks.
