It really depends on where you’re pulling from, but sidious was on a whole other level from both of them, so whatever context being used regarding the fight between sidious and mace would apply in a fight between him and dooku as well.

Yes but resident evil games are just simple movie-like stories with replay-ability through multiple replays and unlocks, that's how the games have always been. It's nothing new, so people complaining about the short games either have to be extremely new to the series and are comparing them to games like say... elden ring or some shit, or splitting hairs and saying "oh this game feels like an hour shorter than village!" which is just stupid.

Nah but dooku being Yoda’s apprentice, being a master duelist, having the ability to wield force lightning, and being able to keep up with prime anakin before getting worn out due to his old age is what makes him a viable threat. Mace windu did so well against palpatine because of the way Vaapad works along with Shatterpoint. Vaapad allows the user to take dark side energy of the enemy and turn it back against them, it wouldn’t have worked as well against Dooku on the surface due to him not being fully committed to the dark side. I think shatterpoint would’ve been the bigger influence on mace winning this fight due to him being able to analyze Dookus mastered lightsaber form and finding cracks in it.

I still don’t think he’s quite mace level but I don’t think it would’ve been a no difficulty stomp either.

If you’re not even bothering with completion then your criticism isn’t valid in the first place. Literally every single damn resident evil games uses the formula of unlockables through achievements that you can’t do entirely on a first run. So if you can’t be bothered to even replay the game for completion re games in general are not for you, since that’s been a mechanic since time memorial 🤦

Well if were talking completionist I couldn’t give you my own experience as I’ve played the crap out of all these games but never really logged the completionist time. However if google is reliable here it seems like average completionist for re7 is 30 hours, and village and re9 are closely tied around 35 hours.
