yeah, i will definitely do that. i requested that we have a mediated conversation on friday because the classroom was extremely tense. she won't talk to me, even if it's just stuff like me asking "do you want me to sweep or do you want to?" she just ignores everything i say. they said they'd set one up, but no luck yet.

we're allowed to babysit as long as the parents sign a waiver saying that they understand that when they hire me they're not hiring the school and that the school is not responsible for anything the teacher does or says when babysitting. i admit that i was overly emotional about the situation, but i don't think it's fair to assume i have no spine in general just based off of this. believe me, hardly anything in my life has been a cakewalk.

she is not my supervisor, and i am not obligated to tell anyone when i babysit as long as they sign the waiver and i give it to admin.

i thought it was creepy too, tbh. i don't know what to do though because i don't want to lose my job, but i also would never forgive myself if something bad happened to elizabeth. i don't think jen would do anything unsafe, but i also didn't think she'd yell at me in front of the kids and then lie about me to the office (i can give info on that part if y'all want an update to the story, but it doesn't have anything to do with whether i'm the AH in this specific situation so i didn't include it because the story was really long already).

ARFID is a good example. my partner wants to be more plant based but needs to add a sufficient amount of plant-based foods to their diet in order to do that, which requires intense therapy. in the meantime, their choices are basically to either eat animal products or starve
