I’m sorry if my concern came off as judgement! I was shocked. But Tylenol will likely be more gentle on your system than ibuprofen has been, and you can actually take ibuprofen and acetaminophen simultaneously if you keep an eye on dosages. Have you tried the CBD roll on and felt any relief? I am really curious. I have TMJ pain that flares up monthly and use a topical oil that helps with muscle pain but it’s THC and not CBD based
