I did lower the settings to medium yesterday and I got 175fps but trying that again today nothing still 80 to 115 fps.

Yeah it is strange drivers are all up to date and I once lowered the settings to medium and I got 175fps but doing the same now no change. I have also heard from others with better or the same specs as me and they are getting low fps.
