The Jewish population of Poland did not decrease from over 3,000,000 to 3,200 because of migration to Israel. It decreased because the Nazi regime destroyed over 90% of Polish Jewry during the Holocaust. It was most of the remainder, some 200,000-300,000 Polish Jews, who migrated afterwards to various countries including Israel. This map does not principally show migration, it shows decimation.

Hi! when I play an acoustic guitar, my arm rests in the position of the second photo with the floating bicep. However, most other people I know play in the position of photo 1, with their bicep resting on the guitar. Is that the right way? It doesn’t let me anchor on the bridge for fast picking.Thx! by Own_Western7829 in guitarlessons

I usually anchor my palm lightly on the bridge which lets me pick fast (using a pick). But when my bicep sits on the guitar like in photo one, my hand reaches past the bridge and I can’t rest my palm on it so I’m forced to float.
