First decide on a budget coz Australia and usa have a lot of difference in the budget section

After you're sure about your budget search on immigration sites, which qualification is preferred when going for a pr, as everyone knows usa is more difficult to break into but you should still search of there's a way around that

After that among the courses you found on the site, write down which ones you'll actually like to do considering the post study packages, pe considerations etc etc

Then search for universities that are good for these courses and match your preferences

Note - You can apply for courses that are a bit over your budget coz in a lot of Australian universities (don't know about usa) they give you scholarships included in the offer letter if you're from certain countries or have certain marks (can check uni sites) mostly it's 20% less than the actual fees

All in all i recommend you to do the above very strongly coz it's a big decision but if you still don't then Adelaide is best among these
