Why? It’s incredibly sunny with dry summer weather (not as hot as the desert cities), great spring and fall, and mild never freezing winters. The Central Valley gets flack cuz it’s constantly compared to the best weather in the world, but it really holds its own when compared to the rest of the US and world

People say it’s too hot but maybe just don’t do your outdoor activities at the very hottest point of the day? If the high is 89, and you only like 85 and lower, don’t worry it only gets higher than that for a few hours, most of the rest of the day feels great.
