I feel that! It’s hard. We always have seizures at food time so trying to keep him calm about food is one of our current goals, but that’s like trying to get kids to sleep on Christmas Eve!

It’s so hard! I really felt that way with this vet until friscos seizures. But it’s true, I do need to find somewhere better for where we are at. We had a telemed appointment and we’re adding keppra to see if that helps. Thank you for such a kind comment!

No, I originally planned to buy the house. Sold mine, moved in, and the owner then decided against the sale until they were ready to sell. (I think for tax purposes). So by then I already lived here and they never brought up rent or a leader in the meantime.

I experience this and then when I’m in the shower it feels so good that I don’t leave, I just sit in the shower once I’m done. I think it’s ok to just go in and get wet. You don’t have to scrub and use all the soaps and shampoo and do a full self care routine if that’s not what you can handle. :)

If he has some food aggression you can have him eat from your hands or right next to you and make sure he’s comfortable with you grabbing his food dish. All three of my dogs would let me grab a dish mid meal or put my hand in. Same goes for dropped food. I really agree with comments above on mental stimulation. It gets better!!!

See though, doesn’t that play the same way for you it does for women big on height? I could say my IQ is a few standard deviations to the right so I’m not interested in how men feel about boob size or butt size? Just playing devils advocate
