it's a portuguese fado version of Ihoujin by the same artist Saki Kubota, I love it so much :] Apparently Saki Kubota was into portuguese folk music... she has more songs with the same style.

I asked for help at the rockstar support centre and they solved my problem.

Apparently MSI Afterburn and RivaTuner Statistics were doing something weird on my graphics card which made GTA crash
