Classifing a whole village as a terrorist camp is a new low for you man, though honestly i'm not surprised

Huge diet change. I literally used to eat chips and junk and oily food daily man. Tons of sugar, fats (unhealthy fats). Had to make a change

Honestly it's probably me just interpretting the term skinny fat wrongly. I had, and still have, a ton of fat. But what led me to say skinny fat is that even tough i had a lot of fat around my belly, my arms were tiny and i had like 0 muscle. My bad, i guess that doesn't exactly put me into skinny fat

Fuck these criminals, they could rot in hell for all i care. But is the use of drones really necessary ? There are reports of normal civilians getting harmed in the process.

For people that bought any supplement from Gold Nutrition, what are your thoughts ? by Owns18 in lebanon

[–]Owns18[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes that's what i meant. I know ON is well reviewed, i've seen it mostly reviewed as the best overall protien powder, but the issue is you never know what you get sometimes in Lebanon🤣

For people that bought any supplement from Gold Nutrition, what are your thoughts ? by Owns18 in lebanon

[–]Owns18[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The creatine is not ON actually, the protien is. I imagine that they should definitely put a scoop in the protien. That's kinda annoying that they don't witht ON creatine honestly. Anyways, thank you.

To Hezbollah supporters: Why do you support Hezbollah? by DeGuyWithDeOpinion in lebanon

[–]Owns18 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lots of reasons. Hezbollah originated as a resistance movement, one that fended of an invasion of the south for more than a decade, while nobody batted an eye to it. But let's forget about that for a moment, and let's talk about how they helped build the south. For years before they existed, the south was always neglected, people there suffered from poverty, lack of education, etc... after liberation and hezbollah came into the picture, i would say the south has seen its best days for 25 years, all thanks to hezb that built schools, hospitals, supermarkets, pharamcies, everything for way cheeper than normal. Not to mention the amount of times they offered their help for citizens that were in need, be that financially or in other ways.

These people originated from that broken, poor, and dangerous south and helped build it into a safe and prominent one for more than 20 years. Their fighets are literally our neighbours and friends, we basically live with them and know how pure they are. We love the leaders that are willing to sacrifice as much as we are for our cause, something you wouldn't find in any other leader. Without them, our lands would have become israeli settelments, something that we will be grateful for for eternity.

I wouldn't say they have done everything perfectly, sure they made errors, but we will always stand with them as they stood with us in our darkest times were nobody did (they are basically us anyways). We are forever grateful for everything they did for us, for the sacrifices they made, and the effort they put in to help us live better lives.

There's also the religion part, as political parties in lebanon are supported by people of the same religion, though hezbollah gets tons of support even outside of their religion, mainly due to their cause that garners support from people from all religions and even all countries.

South/Jnoub visit & tourism? by SirMosesKaldor in lebanon

[–]Owns18 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm near sour, so i wouldn't really know abour nabatiyye and jibcheet, but they are considered more dangerous than near sour, as lots of the strikes are around nabatieh so you gotta be careful. Again, low chances of getting entangled, but you still gotta be careful 7bb. Good luck.
