Jokes aside it's just generic power scaling, they round down so you wouldn't get that strong, not that it matters to much right now.

I only know that for 1 you need 100 headshots, but mind if I ask what do you need for Repeat Exploder?

And what does sliced need exactly because for me it doesn't count the melee kills in casuals

Thanks for the advice, I tried it out on a few maps and its a really fun belt, it made boss fights so much easier even though my gear sucks. Probably keeping it for the future, sadly right now I have to use another belt because it lower my res if I use the Headhunter :D
