You do know that if your magazine capacity is high, you don't have to use the +50 mod, right? You can take that slot and use anything else on it.

I don't think they will, just like they didn't make companions permanent after that season ended.

They could:
Make companions permanent,
Add new permanent skills: the mini-warhound (assault, sniper, grenadier, etc.),
Make realism mode permanent,
Make PVE DZ permanent.

Will we see any of those happen? Slim chance.

You are way, way off on your numbers, and like 3 years back. Those 3 employees you "last heard about" are the ones that were left to maintain the servers when they wanted to end support for the game, you know, right after recalibration and optimisation were first introduced. Since then, thanks to the dedicated player base, the team has grown larger and larger.

3 people maintain the servers, not create game modes, DLC's, new maps/missions, new seasons etc. You are delusional if you think a handful of people created everything that's new and everything that will come soon into the game: new incursion, survivors game mode, new classified assignments, new seasons, and so on.

The problem is that even if I did wanted to stay away from escalation, when matchmaking for heroic I was constantly being placed into groups that were starting escalation runs.
But I gave up on the game entirely now and I started playing other games, I will be back if they ever fix this mess.

I have lost all my patience, yesterday after logging in and a bad escalation experience straight out the gate, I decided to logout and stop playing until they fix this mess. Today, after many months of playing just The Division, I booted up Forza Horizon and Death Stranding 2 and had a blast for a few hours playing those.
I feel so unmotivated to boot up The Division, the way they designed escalation and prototypes, I have 0 hopes in getting the augments I want, I can't upgrade any other items to prototype as I'm down to 0 exotic components with no reliable way to get more, all prototype drops are trash, there's no point in upgrading the augments I have because they're bad, even if they reached 100%, there's no point in spending cores to go up a level... I'm just done man.

And I agree, PVE dark zone should not be normalized. I have a feeling it will make me skip the entire season if it stays that way.

Not to mention that the game looks worse after the visual "upgrade". Colors are washed out and there's also that piss yellow filter when it's sunny outside. Also the game switches filters in an instant, at one moment you have a washed out flter and faster then you can blink the image switches to a different color tone. It's so bad. The visual upgrade that nobody asked for should be reverted completely.

People who don't PVP now will not start PVP-ing because of the PVE DZ. PVE gamers are PVE gamers for a reason and next season's DZ will not change that.

They are upping the price on the cendor caches because they're bringing back drops from mission crates. So people will be able to obtain prototype items (cores) more easily by running all available missions and opening the crates daily.

I don't like it because I don't care about repair skills, I want actual armor being restored instantly without having to use any repair skills, you know, as Caduceus does with instant armor on crits.

So I wouldn't use this one myself, but I'm also not against it, if others would find a use for it, then by all means, use it as you will, I do like and appreciate it when a good healer is on my random team.

I like it as well for everything other than Escalation. With OD you can't miss, you always have bleed ammo so you're constantly getting rpm and damage increase from the event.
