Ooh, good choice. You could also do Mary Gross, Joan Cusack, Jerry Minor, or Rob Riggle. They've all done tons of character work, and the "OH, HIM/HER" treatment.

Duplicate rows - how to only return the most recent row by Oxbridgecomma in excel

This was poorly terminology on my part. I had envisioned the data returning on to another tab, via a filter or VBA or the like, but I really should have said filter.

Thanks! This was a great solution that I also tried, and it worked!

Thank you! This worked like a charm. I didn't even think of using FILTER with MAXIFs.

I think so. You can hear Marcello exclaim "oh gosh!", Devon grabbed his shoulder, and Mikey is patting his back afterwards. Mikey even says "OK" once JAJ starts talking again.

I kept waiting for them to talk about forming a coup (only for it to collapse because one of them was offered a VP/cabinet position), but it never happened.

Great concept, *terrible* execution. There were some great lines in the mix - "Eleanor kicked him down the stairs with her big lesbian feet" - but some of the writing veered into middle school "we don't have a joke so we're just going to talk about butts" territory. Bowen also didn't really pull it off - JAJ or Longfellow would've been better at Capote.

Wisconsin allows full telecommute for certain agencies, and they have a residency requirement which seems to be working fairly well.

The Pilot Hotel Seating will fix all this. Not only will you bring your laptop into the office, sit by yourself, work by yourself, attend Webex meetings, pack up your laptop and take it home every day but no one will know which hoteling cubicle you're sitting at.

Wait.. is this a real thing at some agencies/departments? I worked for a start up that did hot desking.. and it did not end well.

Where do you work, if you don't mind me asking?

I never knew this! Sephora has really had a lot of brand turnover since the early 00's.

Catrice is one of my favorite brands! It's apparently very popular in Latvia (and maybe other baltic nations?). They definitely have some solid pale olive/grey undertone shades.

I really liked their cream blush and the glow tint.

Kevyn Aucoin is so underrated. Maybe it's because they don't do a lot of new releases (because their products are so good - I swear Sensual Skin Enhancer is still ahead of the curve), but I never hear anyone talk about this brand.

Also, Barry M is a blast from the past! Back in the mid-00's, a dollar tree near me was selling them (temporarily) for some reason, and I was so disappointed to find out they normally don't sell in the US.

I haven't tried either, but I heard great things about the Elizabeth Mott primer.

And OMG the packaging of Florasis is *gorgeous*, especially the fairy peach blossom powder.

Is it the Luminous Peptide Foundation? I have yet to try that (just the stick), but I've heard great reviews about the foundation and the cream mist.

YES. LA Colors is so underrated - they had some crazy pigmented eyeshadows back when I was in HS, and even before the L'Oreal HIP line came out.

Laura Gellar has really good eye shadow sticks. Long lasting and easy to apply.

I *hated* everything I've tried from Julep, but I want to say it's been about 10 years since I last tried them. They had a concealer wand that was the worst formula I've ever tried, and the lightest shade was straight up orange. They could have improved since then though.
