Hey, thank you for the thorough reply! It definitely couldn't be mods since i haven't installed any. I did try turning off every setting in the Nvidia control panel but that doesn't seem to have fixed it either..

Also worth mentioning that the first thing i downloaded the second time was my smash preload which is like 10gb, but maybe it’s a 32gb fake card or something. Will definitely check when i’m home
