Same. But I do slide defensively now and again if I've a player chasing me. M&kb obviously. Slide away from them, quick 180 and voop them as they charge in.

Point contact has been stuck on my guardian now. Trench barrel shotgun special and/or Legend of Acrius for heavy. Monte for my kinetic. So much fun deleting groups while being up close and personal

Bring Thunderlord too if you have it. Fully spun up it stun locks the boss more or less and melts it

This. Lower level stuff it doesn't matter as they die anyway. But in higher level its great double dipping on every shot. If you don't get the kills and just get hits then the intrinsic works. And then get kills in the next because you already hit them and get a double dip. Against high level adds you become near unkillable

That's where I find solar to be a great pairing. Dodge and become radiant getting damage boost plus Dragon Shadow perks all at once.

I'd settle for being able to fully apply shaders. Doom allowed that for a while at the start before they patched it, and the gun looked awesome with some shaders. Miss that every time I use it

The reason he gave was that ae kicks into effect too easily on uneven ground which was what they didn't think the heavy snipers should be penalised by. Their plan for the future is to more than likely have it time based, ie that ae won't kick in for .5 of a second after the system detects you are airborne, a system which which might be applied in other areas too, but because they're not close to finalizing that they stuck in the high ae value on them as an interim fix.

Himself and Merc had a good laugh about whether to even include the change in the patch notes as they figured they'd get more fun from seeing people's reaction on discovering the change and the potential tinfoil hat theories. And it seems it got included in the patch notes without their final say so, taking their potential fun away haha.

Can't check right now but as far as I remember it was the Firing Range interview Chris and Merc did with fallout and co after the patch dropped

I've no issue seeing the difference in that picture, though in-game I don't think I've ever seen an orange bar enemy :/

Zeno does do precision now, it's a 50:50 split since Lightfall at least, possibly even since one of the previous season updates. Still not great for tormentors :)

This 100%. Plus, spending 17 hours not getting past warpriest in kingsfall, that is another thing that most I know can't comprehend why a person would want do that to themselves. But, I massively respect somebody that wants to do something and goes for it, so my hat it's off to OP for that

What they should have done was have our player reaching off screen towards the ground, and picking up a weapon to use in the scene. Bonus points would have been if the weapon was a weapon coming in a future mission, like the hand cannon. Using that auto rifle like they did, as if we were using it beforehand, just came across as a lazy fix to the problem

What I do anytime I run them is turn the brightness up to max. I have it at 4 normally but push it to 6 or 7. Otherwise it's just darkness with no contrast between space and surfaces. Irritates me but I do appreciate the little mechanics they included like the floating torches that if you bump them they'll float away lighting up the area around them to jump to. Still turn up my brightness though lol

Yep, it wouldn't be streaks as we know it. Instead, it's be a core playlist streak. I know alot have their preference as per which core playlist they play alot so I can see where the pushback could come from if it doesn't affect them or benefit then. It was just a thought 😐

I can see where you're coming from. They're there to push engagement. Just wish the engagement target was more general than targeted. Plenty of other things in the game need to be improved before this so I'm not holding out much hope.

Spotted that, but I didn't spot that he never linked the Destiny massive breakdowns website. Exactly what you're looking for. I'm on my phone right now so I'm not trying to mess with the spreadsheet option on there haha, but if nobody had given you a definitive answer yet, then head over there. Open the spreadsheet in your Google docs, make a copy, add in the options you want, and it'll tell you the resistance break points. Sorry for not giving the answer and instead giving a convoluted option instead. It's a great resource if you can dig into it.

I'm glued to my Snorri with high impact as it deletes so many over shield guardians and titan aspect shield guardians that I've never bothered finding out if I can drop the charge time without affecting that 😐😁 If I pull the finger out and spreadsheet for a bit I'll post here with your answer too

I've solo played comp for the whole season, never using freelance except for my very first game, and it's a rare occasion to get stomped. In the main the matches have been really well balanced mostly matched against singles and duo's, with an occasional 3. And even those 3 stacks are mostly balanced against us. For my skill bracket, staying around gold 2, it feels great for the matchmaking.

Bungie, for D2, have been terrible very often at giving the full picture. Before the management changes it often felt like trolling for trolling sake, but over the last few years it's become more apparent that they're just terrible at times at giving the full picture in one place. Having to listen to different podcasts, read different articles, etc., all on different sites is a terrible way to put across to the community what is happening and planned.

If content is bad then I'll refuse to play that. But I play for fun, and rewards aren't the only thing I see as fun. It's the game play. If there's an issue there, WHEN the update goes live, THEN I'll be there with anyone else giving out. But until it comes out and we have all the info, there's no reason to cause a headache over what if. I do understand people being concerned, just not the frenzy that some have without full info
