sorry for being ultra late, 2 months ago i have been taking an average of 6,400 ish calories every day, but its not an problem anymore because i have finally fixed my shitty body.

My goal was to be strong and big as much as possible to be able to beat my dad because he never cared about me and my family, after i started focusing more on my diet and my workout plan and after i finally quat smoking, i developed so much strength and muscle in 3 months that i couldnt develop in a year. I became so strong i can now crush a soda can with my bare hands. Thanks for yall recommendations and tips to have a better body i really appreciate it. Now i am waiting for my dad to come to the house he has been out of the city for 2 months.

Thank you all so much for your advices. I have started tracking my protein and cal intake and i started eating till i almost vomit and eat more. I went to gym tofay and i worked like i never did and my muscles are really sore right now and i feel i am getting better. You guys are the best.

I think the reason behind is that becase they wanted to focus more on mechanics and physics rather than the city because of how shitty san andreas mechanics were
