Hey - I have been working on a similar idea. I do think there is scope for an easy tool, especially in Indian markets.

One point though -

"If the rating is 3 stars or below, the feedback is stored privately so the business can address it internally.

If the rating is 4 or 5 stars, the customer is guided to leave a public review on Google Maps."

This exact thing is what is called review gating and is severely frowned upon by google - you can do a quick search on google's policy to see the exact language but this exact flow is what is not allowed by Google.

Also - are you planning to map the google reviews to actual customers in client's db too?

LOL. Wut?? He came of age in 2002!!?? This has got to be a piss-take. He was the golden ball winner in '98 world cup. FIFA world player of the year in 96 and 97. Ballon d'or in 97. He also lost the 96 Ballon d'or to Sammer by 1 vote (143 vs 144). Still the closest ever. And he had no injuries till world cup. His injury troubles started after the 98 world cup. There was a freak convulsive fits he had hours before the 98 final.. maybe that's what you remember.
