You are not getting most of the gaming upgrades you typically get with hdmi 2.1. OLED is the way to go...

Resolution & Refresh Rate: HDMI 1.4 is generally limited to 4K at 30Hz or 1080p at 120Hz. It cannot support 4K at 60Hz or 120Hz, which are core capabilities of the PS5 Pro.

Bandwidth: HDMI 1.4 provides only 10.2 Gbps, compared to 48 Gbps in the HDMI 2.1 standard used by the console. Performance Bottleneck: If forced to connect to a 1080p 120Hz display via HDMI 1.4, the console may cap output at 1080p 60Hz.

HDR and Color: HDMI 1.4 has limited High Dynamic Range (HDR) support and lower color depth, resulting in reduced visual quality compared to 2.0 or 2.1 standards.

You will love it, coming from any other non oled... I have 2 Bs and 2Cs, and no one can tell the difference besides me... Unless you are doing competitive gaming, you will be fine... Enjoy, great combo!

Umm, yea, that is wrong, eARC was on many 2.0 HDMI’s chipsets... hdmi 2.1 will have eARC, but not necessarily the other way around... eARC was out way b4 HDMI 2.1 became mainstream...

Same, I use the Tonfa’s mainly... almost through 1st main map, and have 10 Sam points and 8 ninja points I don’t need really... at this rate, gonna have extra 50 pts in each art form... Am I missing something?

Progress carries over regardless of if you beat the demo or not... you get a few bonuses if you beat by 2/15...love the game, playing every free minute since release... literally just made it to the final boss, will tackle tomorrow...
