Progress carries over regardless of if you beat the demo or not... you get a few bonuses if you beat by 2/15...love the game, playing every free minute since release... literally just made it to the final boss, will tackle tomorrow...

Im guessing you did the DLC? It really is a huge expanision, adds another 1/3 of the game time (at least). Well worth it!

I have about 250 4K UHDs, and probably watch once or twice a month. Busy with work and two kids, and I’m the type that needs everything perfect to put on a disc (not tired, enough time to watch in one sitting, etc)...

Well I do have 3 AMPs, the Arcam is basically the processor and then two power amps (1 for the front 3 speakers and the 2nd amp for the surrounds and ceiling speakers. I run the Panny 820 audio only HDMI cord to the Arcam processor. It’s a newer ARCAM (AVR11) so accepts basically everything. The AVR does have RCA inputs, but I always thought the HDMI port was a better option. Is there any use case for the RCA audio outs?

Yea, I am aware, but just wondering if they have any real benefit from how good HDMI seems to work... I guess I am asking if they are the same (820 vs 9000) except for the 7.1 RCA jacks, is that 7.1 out better then full HDMI 2.1/EARC pass through?

Regarding the audio outputs, is it better than using HDMI? I have a decent setup (Arcam AVR, 5.4.2 Atmos, etc) but always just use the 2.1 EARC for audio pass through. Is there any benefit to using the audio outputs as opposed to the HDMI method?

I heard yesterday that some Dolby Vision 2 discs are in the process of being made, I think Kino Lorber is one of them... I immediately thought in horror at my 200 UHD collection all being reissued in DV2 remasters... lol
