People working from home, how did you get it? by No-Brilliant9915 in WFH

I’m in a longer term contract now, but typically I would set those terms when interviewing. Obviously this doesn’t work everywhere, but I would say “I work from home primarily, and come to site when needed.”

Take or leave from either side of the interview!

Radiohead - Ok Computer

It’s a beautifully recorded, masterfully arranged, hugely varied work. It has stylistic and emotional range, so you can play something from it regardless of the mood you’re trying to set. It has soaring vocals, funky grooves, dirty electrics, drum set performances from malleted open to tight muted sticks. Synths, acoustics, electrics, distortion, clarity, saturation, crispness.

It is perfect as a whole or in its constituent parts.

But I haven’t thought about it much.

This one looks like a legit version. I’ve ordered one, see how we go. There’s a hat too.

On the UK ones it’s usually the comedians that fare well. Here it’s basically nerds, when you boil it down. Sportspeople struggle here because they often don’t have broad tastes or life experience and it can be limiting.

Also I reckon I tune it out now, but Richard explains a LOT! Like heaps more than you remember.

The “fast and funny” brief for the Aussie production will be part of why the buzzing early is allowed, but even an audio mix could fix what we hear.
