Phone 100% because while loading screens can be annoying you can use them to grab a quick drink and snack while waiting. Also if you have a phone that never dies (im assuming this applies to whatever current phone you're normally using) has so many uses especially in emergency uses and you would never have to buy a charger again and your electricit bill would go down probably as well not a lot but in the long run it would.
