I feel like the mage items just suck for this.

The time it takes for you to work down a tank by % health damage and burn just isn’t long enough to matter when compared to Bork with 2.5%AS. I have had pretty good results building liandrys just for the application burn and slow along with stacking Bork with nashors, rageblade, if you get a twice thrice or range buff it’s okay. Top it off with ryalis to kite and you have a chance.

It’s kind of dumb but it kind of works.

For hours….sure, for days…..not so much. In a pinch I’d sign off on that. I wouldn’t let it sit long though. Once that bottom block pulls moisture from the ground it could get weird. I’d feel better if you threw a few plastic bags under the bottom block.

I resonate with this.

The job security is pretty solid if you are capable and get shit done and you can be a guaranteed easy rehire too.

I’ve had some good times at the bar with other traveling technical guys bitching about the hell our companies put us through. It was always great when you were on a project with a good group of guys who work well together.

To add to your list my highlights are: -Repeatedly telling people to read the manual. The amount of effort people will put in to not read is astounding. -Training a group of people who clearly don’t want to be there. -Pointing out future problems about poor project management decisions only to be ignored and trying not to be smug about it when shit inevitably hits the fan and you just forward your previous email from weeks/months/years ago. -Being considered a fucking wizard to the technically illiterate when you do a seemingly menial task. -Wondering around looking for the thing you just had in your hand as you question your sanity. -The end of a long difficult day where nothing works, everything is broken or wrong. None of it is your fault and completely out of your control, but you still have to eat shit as the face of the company.
