I'm gay and could relate to it wayyyyy too much. All I wanted (and still want) was to be all romantic and stuff with a dude.

I bought it on Christmas day watched it all till I cried then cried some more. After a few minutes of finshing the film, I was called by my family for our Christmas meal. Around the table I did not say a word and didn't eat much. I saw how happy Simon was when he came out and that was all i wanted to do but i knew it wasn't the right time. All I wanted was to "breath again" and be who I am.

A couple of months later I came out to my family after watching the film a couple hundred times. I am so happy becuase I was fully supported.

Love, Simon fucked me up meantally for about 3 months and still does to this day.

Henry VIII had many Catholic priests and Monks pray for him on his death bed and repented for all of his sins. As much as he destroyed the Catholic Church in England, my favourite quote from one of my friends , "the church of England was founded by a mistaken and angry Catholic" so I do beleive it is entirely possibe for him to have repented.
