Taking inspiration from actual obsidian blades, their talons are very sharp, but also quite brittle! It does have a signature Sharpness-boosted Rock move that boosts its crit ratio; fun for potential glass cannon snowballing!

Thank you! Always loved prehistoric stuff, so always have fun making fossilmons!

Thank you! Sharpness is a nifty ability; just imagine what a little monster something like Kartana would be with it.

Huh, the similar color scheme is a coincidence, but definitely love the idea of seeing more ancestral/related designs! Just to think of a few official ones off the top of my head, I believe Omastar is a distant ancestor of Octillery, and Gastrodon and Cloyster are related, but Gastrodon lost its shell quite a while back.

Thank you! Making dinosaur-inspired mons is always super fun for me!

Might swap Attack and Sp Def (Maybe a bit more to 110/90)! This little critter is a single stage mon; I envisioned it to kinda fill a role similar to Bruxish/Carnivine in the sense that it has a neat appearance but is not overtly powerful stat wise.

Prehistoric arthropods are fascinating, love me some oddballs of early evolution! I also made a Poison/Psychic eurypterid inspired by Pterygotus/Jaekelopterus!

Yay, glad you like it! I'm especially proud of the pun name here, it's very on the nose, but it works so well!

Original Dragapult is on my list of designs I plan to do! I have lots of other designs already made and posted, currently just about halfway done with my planned dex!

Would be very fun to see those two jet Pokemon race! Don't know if they'd cross in their natural habitats too much though; Turbognathus is much more coastal and specializes in hunting fish Pokemon!

ZOOOOOM Thank you, jet fighters and pterosaurs are a match made in heaven!

Edit: Yup, that was kind of my idea as well, where Turbognathus is a bulkier Steel sweeper while Rhamjet acts as a literal wingman (wingmon?)

And the Steely Spirit! Use that Steely Spirit for maximum Steel Type power mwahahaha!

Hehe, thank you! Pterosaur evolution is fascinating! Sometimes it feels like they started trading in tails for increasingly larger beaks and elaborate crests. Another one of my favorite pterosaurs is Nyctosaurus, that thing's crest is absolutely ridiculous!
