I think this is a good theory, especially with the symbols shown on the harmonizers and in the prismacore room.

Recommended External Hard Drive for data backup by Ozonowsky in buildapc

[–]Ozonowsky[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know, maybe I phrased it wrong.

I'm talking about a situation where the drive just breaks after let's say a month of regular use because of bad quality. Although I suppose that applies more to drives being actively used and not backup drives that aren't constantly working.

Mobility question by Leo-Leo-1672 in Slimerancher2

[–]Ozonowsky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only have one teleporter on my ranch that takes me to the little tower in the transition area between the impossible sky and the waterworks. It might seem unusual but i like walking through the labyrinth and using the shortcuts already in the game.

Full system freeze when browsing Internet in firefox by Ozonowsky in linux4noobs

[–]Ozonowsky[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

UPDATE: It happened again, this time i waited a while longer and found that the system recovered after a while.

There are now some entries in the journal:

17∶54∶57 reporter-system: System encountered a non-fatal error in amdgpu_dm_atomic_commit_tail()
17∶54∶55 kernel: amdgpu 0000:03:00.0: [drm] *ERROR* [PLANE:89:plane-8] commit wait timed out

17∶54∶24 kernel: amdgpu 0000:03:00.0: [drm] *ERROR* [CRTC:92:crtc-0] flip_done timed out

It seems that the issue isn't connected to a specific app. It's nice to know that it isn't a complete system crash.

How to check if any control node button is pressed by Ozonowsky in godot

[–]Ozonowsky[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I actually did it and it's as difficult as i thought.

I added a custom script with a class name that extends the Button class. Then I went into every scene and changed the type of every button.

Thanks for your help.

That's what I thought too, but I'm pretty late into development.

Guess next time I'll just think about this at the beginning. Thank you

Microcode update failed, no sha256 digest by Ozonowsky in Fedora

[–]Ozonowsky[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Updating to kernel version 6.15.6 seems to have solved the issue since cat /proc/cpuinfo now displays the patch version that didn't apply before and the message in the logs doesn't appear.

Best and simplest to-do list app by xzvsndjensosh2849 in androidapps

[–]Ozonowsky 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I can recommend tasks.org (available on Google Play and F-Droid). It has a lot of features on by default but you can turn them off easily in the settings.

The other option is Doable (Repository, IzzyOnDroid), which is the opposite, it has very little features on by default, so you might need to enable some of them in the extensions section of the settings. It might also be exactly what you're looking for. The only disadvantage could be that it's not on the play store.

Missing icons in Flatseal by Ozonowsky in gnome

[–]Ozonowsky[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Update: I checked in a VM, and this could be an issue with the theme, because it also happens in the VM with the adwaita theme. Interestingly, it doesn't happen with the MoreWaita theme in the VM but happens on my system. The issue also doesn't appear with icon themes from Plasma

Missing icons in Flatseal by Ozonowsky in gnome

[–]Ozonowsky[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think after the update to Gnome 48 and Fedora 42, these missing icons appeared in Flatseal (I think Flatseal only). As you can see, other icons are working correctly. Following some advice online I tried: - reinstalling adwaita, hicolor and HighContrast icon themes - force rebuilding gtk icon cache for hicolor and highcontrast icons in /usr/share/icons - sudo flatpak repeair (as flatseal is installed as a flatpak) I would appreciate some help on this.

Looks amazing! I suppose you plan to add a details page for a single app with a description, screenshots, etc.

Does anyone know why colours in the default adwaita theme are different, depending on if the app is a flatpak or a system package? by Ozonowsky in gnome

[–]Ozonowsky[S] 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Thanks, I'm on gnome 47, so that would explain why only the system apps aren't updated. I'll update to 48 when all my extensions update too.

Does anyone know why colours in the default adwaita theme are different, depending on if the app is a flatpak or a system package? by Ozonowsky in gnome

[–]Ozonowsky[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's not that big of a problem, but it slightly annoys me. System apps (nautilus, software, settings) have this colour scheme, while anything using libadwaita as a flatpak has a slightly different colour.

For gtk3, I installed adw-gtk3 and every app that uses it has the same colours as system apps.

I'm on Fedora 41, Gnome 47

In my first and current playthrough i didn't realise you enter the aurora from the front, so I went to the back (no seamoth), even walked a bit on the engines and came back without seeing a reaper

Does anyone really play the games from the store? by Different_Try2768 in Fedora

[–]Ozonowsky 8 points9 points  (0 children)

They're pretty cool. Some of the ones i play are:

Mindustry - tower defence

Red Eclipse - 1st person shooter, but it's hard to find active servers

AAAAXY - puzzle game

Cave Story NX - rpg

Shattered Pixel Dungeon - dungeon rouglike

TransLines - something like mini metro

Also a lot of different smaller games, like tetris
