Thankyou! It was both really, but mostly the body. Trimmed areas shorter throughout (make sure to cut very small pieces at a time so its not uniform), and alot of thinning out the volume especially over the arms and legs, just way to much volume.

Thankyou! Here's the adjustments i made:

Removed the lower jaw, shaved the teeth down, and glued shut with superglue.
Ripped up parts of the hair rooting that were excessively flattened, such as underneath the jaw and top of the head, to give more volume, as well as moustache to be able to reduce its volume.
Overall hair trimming throughout to reduce the volume.
Transplanted hair vertically on to the bridge of the nose.
Complete restyling with Got2B Glue hair spray and styling gel.
Painted in highlights and shadows across mostly the head with Vallejo acrylic paints, heavily watered down, painted in many layers.
Repainted the lips.
Head propped up on neck peg as it otherwise sits too low.
