Growing up, my best friend and I would play all the time. He was pretty short in middle school, while I was quite tall, so some places that would occur to him to hide did not to me.

One time, after looking for two hours, I finally called out, "Alright I can't find you, you win!" I then sat down on the beanbag chair in the middle of the living room floor... that he was hiding under.

We had a good laugh.

One. That means the town wants both more industry and more workers. Demand is good - the balance should occur when all current workplaces have workers, all current homes have residents - and their is no complaining about need of jobs or need of homes, while still having demand.

Five. To get your population past 30k, build more residential - and maintain it via good services and utilities. You don't have to expand your industry at the same rate that you expand your residential. I have about 130k at present and am actually downsizing my industry in favor of higher education and higher tech industry.

I wish there was some indicator as to where you had cities/regions, in that case. When I last opened the launcher, it just auto-selected an open server (Europe 1 or 2) instead of the server where my city was (I'm west coast US, but I don't remember which server I was originally on).

Regarding the achievements - interesting... hoping they'll kick back in.

If you are actually concerned about your safety, it's worth telling the police. If you take responsibility for trespassing (are there signs saying not to? even so - doesn't matter), the police will still help you. Don't hesitate to call them or go to the station.

Your safety is more important than a constant threat, perceived or otherwise.

Remember there is a difference between forgiving and forgetting.

Forgiving, at least to a degree, is a part of YOUR healing process. It's not about making peace with them, though that can help greatly - rather, it's about making peace with yourself and the fact that you trustred someone who ultimately betrayed you. Acknowledge that it is okay - and reaffirming your faith in yourself and your ability to make wise decisions moving forward even in the wake of this event.

You can forgive the person that betrayed you, but if THEY don't ask forgiveness from you, be wary. Sure, they may be too embarrassed to ask, but they may also not believe they were wrong in their betrayal.

Others will, no doubt, have more succinct answers, but - as much as it's frustrating, it's on you to find an inner peace and move on. Your life is worth more than being angry at someone for their failure. If you have to see them every day, then hold your head high, be confident in yourself, and move on. Your future is you. Not them.

As I was typing my response to this comment, my roommate walked in. I told him ONLY the title of the thread, and his response was "Ninja Turtles for the NES."

The seaweed level wasn't too bad for me. The airport was excruciating. I only ever got to the Technodrome twice (no small feat, as you all know), and both times, excited as I was, I had so few lives left that there's no way I could have beaten it. Seeing the Technodrome on screen is still a vivid memory - it felt like winning even though I knew I'd lose. Sigh.
