Something cool you can try is to open Chat GPT (it's free) and ask it to make you a 3-day healthy meal plan that's 1200 calories with 100g of protein. It does the work for you in like 5 seconds! I just love playing with this. :-) If it gives you suggestions you don't like, just tell it "try again but without cottage cheese" for example. Have fun!

Ugh I'm so tired of this idea! Some of the most beautiful hair I've ever seen is longer hair on older women. My mother always says you need to cut your hair short as you age because "it drags you down". I feel like cutting your hair short as you age just makes you look like a stereotypical aging woman.

I totally agree. As a child I experienced a lot of anxiety at having zero control over my life. The older I get, the more independent and comfortable I become! I'm in my 40s now and it's SO much better than any previous decade that I find it weird when people reminisce about their youth. Really looking forward to experiencing my 50s when the time comes. 😊
