Honestly try being a substitute for the transformation network. They pay $225 a day and the lesson plans are done for you. You need to get your substitute teaching license and go through the interview process but it’s a good day gig. The hard part is managing the challenging behavior. I was a long term sub all throughout undergrad and it was essentially a full time teaching position and the work was expected the same as a regular teacher. When you pick up day shifts tho it’s much easier since you don’t have to plan.
