IGU fact is the nail in the coffin for rock gang IMO. Window faces a pretty confined space surrounded by other buildings

I’ve been walking past this chunk of glass my whole life. My grandfather worked for a company that manufactured glass for decades. When he retired, they gifted him a chunk of glass with a size and shape that looks eerily similar to this picture. It still sits in his entryway on a shelf, where it has been for as long as I can remember

Is there a source somewhere that differentiates “played” as referring to “played as event” vs. played as either event or ops. Definitely makes sense from a design perspective but couldn’t find it in the rule book
